Springtime in Florida

Very warm temperatures are occurring over the Florida peninsula this week.
Today records high temperatures were tied across east Central Florida as
the mercury rose into the high 80°s (31° C) for the 3rd day.

The very warm temperatures are enhancing sea fog formation that spreads
across the peninsula after dark from west to east.

A foggy sunrise.

Dew hangs on a spiderweb from the foggy night.

The fog lifts by late morning replaced by sunny skies. . .

The days feel more like summer than early spring.

I've been working the couple hours before dark every
evening on the new pond

I stop every few minutes to look up at the moon.  I'm always trying
to capture a jet "piercing" the moon. . . today I had no luck
with that shot but there were plenty of birds passing overhead.

The moon was almost directly overhead at dusk this evening.

AFTER DARK

Before the fog forms there's been a nightly light show as the
Moon, Jupiter and Venus line up in the western sky.
