These naturalized aquatic plants are in full bloom in all the water gardens. Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia Kunth) is listed as a Class I Prohibited Aquatic Plant -- Under no circumstances are these species permitted for possession, collection, transportation, cultivation, or importation except as provided in Rule 62C-52.004, Florida Administrative Code.
